We had 10 +2, count'em 10 Rotarians plus 1 husband and 1 son, working, talking and laughing at WICAP last Thursday night as we distributed school supplies to about 100 Gem County children, of all ages!  It was exciting to see those faces and know that Rotary had a bit part in their excitement for school to start!  Once again, the school supplies were purchased by funds WICAP received from our Youth Benefit Dinner and Auction with a whole lot of help from our local Walgreen's store.  Parents and kids filed through the WICAP building - thanks to the organization of Mary Soito and her staff - quickly and easily.  And, it didn't stop there!  After getting their school supplies, all were treated to cotton candy as we had two TRAINED COTTON CANDY makers - Bryan Stone and Daniel Brice - mixing it up outside the building.  If you remember, the club members and the Foundation board members voted last week to split the cost of the cotton candy machine so this was our initiation.  A special thanks to Colleen Coates who sold the machine to us and also came on Thursday to train all 10 Rotarians in how to make cotton candy!
