On Saturday, August 26, six Rotarians were joined by Sam Vetter, an Interact student, Capriel Pecchie, her mother, Ellen and little sister Andrea and Penny Campbell, a Para-Pro from Emmett High School to rake the gravel on the new walking path at Valor Health. We began at 8:30 am and actually were on our way to the rest of the day by 9:45 AND a few of us even WALKED THE PATH after we finished raking.  If you get a chance, drive down Locust Street and view our work on this District Grant project!  It's only a start and there is still work to do, but now we await the professionals with their "tampering" machines - then we'll need to work on roadside rock pick-up and clean-up of the sprinklers that were affected.  We tried to do the sprinklers on Saturday but Kathy ended up getting soaked as the sprinklers came on just as she got down to start pulling weeds!  So, we'll save that for another day!  :)

Rotarians involved were:  Mark Wurtenburger, Greg Kershul, John Buck, Lisa Vetter, Daniel Brice and Kathy Buck

Watch for more information as we continue to monitor and work on this project!
