Late last week I received a call from Brent Carpenter of the Caldwell Sunrise Rotary Club.  That club folded this past year and they had a trailer they wanted to give to another Rotary Club.  The trailer has been used for the Snake River Stampede Breakfast for several years as well as other activities in the Nampa/Caldwell area and is in good condition.  John and I drove to Caldwell this past weekend and drove home, bringing the trailer which has 3 cookstoves and lots of equipment to go with it - including Rotary aprons!!   This was totally free and quite a gift!  They selected us because they knew we were an active club that did a lot for the community and perhaps would put it to good use.  It is big - open air concept - but very nice.  It is sitting in our driveway right now and we will probably, as a club, want to get it painted with our club name, etc.  It looks like they sold advertising on the sides of the trailer so we might want to look into that too.    This is such a generous gift.
