The 2022 Rotary Youth Benefit Dinner and Auction, Flip Flops and Flamngos presents 'It's a Small World' held on May 7, 2022 at the Gem County Fairgrounds surpassed all previous auctions in attendance and gross income.  Over 350 people participated in this year's auction and enjoyed a wonderful steak dinner, prepared by Candy Coltrin of the Idaho Pizza Company and company.  Many items were sold at higher than expected prices - including a huckleberry pie donated by the Blue Ribbon that went for $1000!  The evening was  highlighted by our great auctioneer, Kelly Trout, assisted by Brian Hansen.  Their keen wit and quick eyes kept us all on our toes and digging deep into our wallets.   And, they only played the Disney classic, 'It's a Small World" once!
The Rotary Club of Emmett gives special thanks to our Corporate Sponsors, the Emmett merchants and friends who donated items, the youth groups who sold raffle tickets (and all the people who bought those raffle tickets!).  It was a fun evening for all.
We look forward to our 50th Anniversary of the Youth Benefit Auction to be held May 6, 2023!!!
