Cherry Festival Recap

 As it turns out, the actual "profit" from the parking adventure was $2,512.58. That's a bit less than last year, but we can attribute that to a rainy Saturday. During the Festival, our club was honored to receive the "Excellence in Community" award from the Mayor. The Emmett Valley Friendship Coalition won one, too. A portion of the money we raised will be contributed to the Chamber of Commerce for their on-going project of upgrading the downtown Christmas decorations.
