The Board is considering formats for our new After Action Report "AAR". The idea is for committee chairs to write up a report upon completion of a project or program. The report will include all the details of making the event happen as well as notes about what to remember for next time. This will prevent the necessity of "re-inventing the wheel" every time and also provide some guidance for new members who want to be involved in the planning process. Once the report is completed, it can be stored on our website so anyone will have access to won't get lost! Once we've finalized the format for the report, a blank form will be posted as well.
