Odds 'n Ends

Our guests last week were Commissioner Michelle Scherer and our speaker's Public Information Director, Rob Feeley.....we thought it was fascinating to hear from Brig Gen Bill Shawver about the role of Idaho's Department of Homeland Security - had no idea their responsibility was so broad.........Thanks Bob Fry for bringing him to our club.......we heard from Emmett Junior High students Sam and Sigournay who will be traveling to D.C. for National History Day, on June 12th. They recently won first place at state-wide competition........Stacy showed us a great Rotary songbook - hmmmm, you may see that again some day ?!?.......Reminder, June 17th, lunch in the park for Cherry Festival........
