Odds 'n Ends

Thanks to Teena Turner for her informative talk about Emmett real estate last week. Mixed message received - things are picking up but buyers are trying to steal everything and sellers (mostly banks) aren't willing to deal......but a great time to buy........Several Rotarians are off to Sun Valley for the District 5400 Annual Conference this weekend....you'll get all the details next week (well, most of them).........what's this about James B. wearing a speedo at last year's golf tournament?......Last week we welcomed Brian from Boise Centennial - he presented a check for $300 from Idaho Power for Youth Appreciation Day.... FYI - Cruise night is July 18th.........We are contributing $100 toward the July 4th celebration.......and $100 toward the Hospital's Health Fair this Saturday.......The Emmett Rotary Foundation Board has added Dave Obermeyer to replace Joe Daily......We'll be adding Horseshoe Bend and Garden Valley to our Dictionary Project next time around...........
