Partners in the Segua Water Project in Bahia de Caraquez Ecuador,

Earlier this month I received a progress report and several photos documenting the implementation of our Segua water project.  The project is approximately 65% complete.  Segua is small community on the outskirts of Bahia de Caraquez.  The project will provide the 700 residents of this community with safe water by directing municipal water lines coming from the mountains to holding storage tanks.  Water is then delivered to homes or groups of homes through pipes.  When I visited this community last June, residents could not believe they would have access to safe water.  They described our project as a dream coming true.

I will forward you about six messages with photos of the implementation.  I think your clubs will enjoy seeing the fruits of our cooperation.

Tuberias are pipes.
