Go to the Club Documents link on the homepage and check out the story on the purpose and history of the Rotary Club of Emmett Foundation, Inc. Simply, it is a tax exempt charitable corporation with by-laws separate and distinct from the Emmett Rotary Club except that its Board members must be Rotarians; its current activities are the Youth Auction and the Scholarship Fund. As a newer member of our club, I found this to be a fascinating story!
