This Week - A New Club?
This week Rod DeArmond will introduce Andy Wood and Melissa Weymouth who have been involved with a Rotaract Club in Boise. Most recently, however, they have been in San Felipe, Peru, working on Rotary clean water projects.
Now that they're home, and they will soon be too old to members of Rotaract, they are excited about the possibility of forming a new Rotary Club! They envision an early evening club geared for younger folks who might be commuting from south Meridian or Kuna. To help make this happen, they have asked our club to act as sponsor and mentor. This is a big responsibility which we'll have to discuss at length. We should be honored that they've asked us!
