On Thursday, February 5, 2026, President Ted Clemens and Membership Chairman Chad Payne proudly inducted three new members into the Rotary Club of Emmett during the weekly lunch meeting: Will Barry, Rich Gibson, and Craig Woods. Each new member received a Rotary pin, a packet filled with endless opportunities, and a warm handshake to welcome them.
All three individuals are residents of Gem County, working in public service roles:
  • Will serves as a deputy in the Gem County Sheriff’s Department.
  • Rich is employed in the IT Department for Gem County.
  • Craig holds the position of Superintendent for the Emmett School District.
These new members have actively participated in local community projects and have joined a global network of over 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who envision a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change—both globally and within our communities. Addressing real problems requires genuine commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's dedicated members have harnessed their passion, energy, and intelligence to implement sustainable projects.
From promoting literacy and peace to enhancing access to water and health, we are consistently working to improve our world. Rotary serves as both an international organization and a local community leader, and the club celebrated the new members with a round of applause. We are eager to witness their personal and professional growth within Rotary.
