Cherry Festival Is Here!
Emmett's annual Cherry Festival starts Wednesday and runs through Saturday night. Once again, it is our privilege to manage two parking lots and shake down visitors for donations to our causes. We'll make several thousand dollars in the process. Most of the money will be contributed back to the Chamber of Commerce for their Christmas decoration fund.
This requires a lot of manpower - everyone needs to clear their calendar so they can sign up for a slot or two. If you're not already on the list, contact Kent Adams or Mark Wurtenberger to sign up for a slot.
