DG Says Good-Bye

Our District Governor Kevin Learned will be ending his term, along with our own beloved President. You should have received a District Newsletter from Kevin via e-mail. Our new DG will be Terry Gilbert. Kevin had two interesting things to report. First, he was disappointed that as a District we reached only 78% of our Foundation goal. (We blasted through our goal at 131%)  Secondly, he was delighted that we increased our membership from 1950 to 1996 - that's a net increase of 2.3%. We had a part in that!
