This Week - Carlos Bilbao

This week, Darren Wallace will introduce Carlos Bilbao, the Republican Idaho State Representative from District 11, which includes Gem County. Mr. Bilbao is a native of Emmett and enjoyed a career at Boeing Aircraft in Seattle as quality control manager before retiring to become our Representative in 2004.
